New Directors Join the Hoose Team

Team Hoose has enjoyed a growth spurt recently, with three new directors joining the business across design, energy, and communications.

In October, Andrew Ogilvie joined Hoose as Renewable Tech and Energy Director. Dougie Boa joined as Design Director, and Susi Sinclair joined as Brand and Communications Director.

Together, their experience and perspectives have brought greater clarity to how Hoose works, what we are able to offer the people we work with, and where the business is heading. Decision making feels more balanced, responsibilities are more clearly shared, and the day to day running of the company is more settled and resilient as a result.

This stronger footing supports what Hoose is here to do: design and build regenerative homes well, deliver renewable technologies that are efficient, practical, and fit for the future, and communicate more clearly and consistently about who we are and how we work.

Collaboration and shared responsibility have always been central to Hoose, and growing the director team feels like a natural extension of that approach, one that supports long-term stability while staying true to our values.

As Hoose moves from start-up to a growing business, these new additions help ensure we are set up well for what comes next.
