New Directors Join the Hoose Team

As Hoose moves from idea to implementation, we are pleased to welcome three new directors to strengthen the team ahead of launch.

Dougie Boa joins as Design Director, bringing extensive experience in architectural design and a deep understanding of how buildings perform in practice. His role will help ensure that our homes combine strong technical foundations with thoughtful, human-centred design.

Andrew Ogilvie joins as Renewable Technology and Energy Director, supporting our focus on fabric-first performance and appropriate renewable systems. His expertise strengthens our commitment to measurable, evidence-based outcomes.

Susi Sinclair joins as Brand and Communications Director, helping to shape how Hoose shares its story and connects with clients, partners, and communities as we grow.

As an early-stage start-up, building the right team is one of the most important steps we can take. Each new director adds depth and experience as we prepare to move from planning to delivery.

We are still at the beginning, but with the right people around the table, the next stage feels both exciting and grounded.
