The Endrick is arranged in two distinct zones. A welcoming block brings together the living, kitchen, and dining spaces in an open plan layout, with the kitchen placed at the heart to create a warm and social centre for family life. A separate private wing contains the bedrooms and a family snug, offering quieter spaces to retreat.
A glazed hallway links the two, drawing natural light through the home while framing views of the surrounding landscape. Entry is through a generous utility and boot room, designed for practical rural living with space for outdoor clothing and equipment.
Strong connections between inside and outside are central to the design. A covered external patio, accessed from both the living area and family snug, creates a sheltered outdoor room that can be used throughout the year while helping reduce solar gain during the warmer months.
Inside, vaulted ceilings with integrated lighting create a warm atmosphere, while generous glazing frames views of the surrounding landscape.
