The design of the Teith centres on indoor–outdoor living, with interior spaces flowing naturally into the surrounding landscape. Carefully positioned glazing frames long views while filling the home with natural light.
At the centre of the Teith is a large open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space designed to accommodate family life and shared gatherings. Large sliding doors allow the interior to open fully to the outside, extending the living space into the landscape during warmer months.
The internal layout is designed to remain flexible. Sliding partitions allow spaces to be opened up for social living or closed off to create quieter areas of privacy and retreat when needed.
Additional guest accommodation can be incorporated within the main building or as a separate detached space. The upper level also offers flexibility for use as a study, studio, or hobby room.
