Hoose Wins The HEAT and Innovator of the Year

Hoose has won The HEAT 2026, a Dragon’s Den style competition organised by Ceteris, while also being named Innovator of the Year as part of Forth Valley Business Week.

The HEAT brings together early-stage businesses from across the region to develop their ideas and pitch to a panel of expert judges. From 33 entrants, Hoose progressed to the final and took first place, with judges recognising our ambition for growth, approach to sustainable design and commitment to local manufacturing and skills development.

Since launching in March, we have brought together an experienced team with a shared belief that homes can do more for the people who live in them and the places they belong to. These awards are an encouraging recognition of that thinking and the work going into our homes, natural material choices, and developing construction systems.

Winning The HEAT also brings practical support for our next stage, including a package of business advice and promotional opportunities, with three months of radio advertising through Central FM.

We’re delighted to receive both awards and grateful to Ceteris, the judges, prize partners and everyone who has supported Hoose so far. Congratulations, too, to fellow HEAT finalists Element Wellness and Anne Andrew Nutrition.
